Mission
Football training involves Interval Training, Gym, Yoga all rolled into one. It requires mental agility as well as physical strength.
Football teaches teamwork unlike other sports where individual effort shines. Learning to collaborate and be part of a team is vital in our modern world.
So much happiness comes from not only playing but watching brilliant games, cheering our favorite teams, belonging to a fan club, coaching those juniors to us and so on.
Football doesn't need expensive gear and specialised equipment. All it takes is a ball and some space to get started and enjoy.
